I met the man behind OTHER SYSTEM at a local art space called Elaine that was located back then in this picturesque part of old Basel by the Rhine river called Dalbeloch. He was doing a live gig with his electronic equipment on Jun 20, 2012, there is a video on YouTube called "ed function two songs for elaine" with the date that was very helpful trying to remember that one! We hit it off immediately, Dylan knew some of my favourite cosmic records from the early 80s, like Cupol - Kluba Cupol (1980) or Severed Heads “We Have Come To Bless This House” from Australia, that's where he grew up as a kid before moving to europe. He invited me to play at his weekly DJ gig at an obscure semi-legal underground club here in Basel called Podium. There we had time & space every week to got in tune with our obscure taste in music. Here are 4 new tracks from Dylan, release date is February 9, 2024.
